Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation (OPGF)
The Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation (OPGF) is a Non-Governmental, Non-Political, and Non-Religious organization dedicated to advocating for the human rights and development of Pakistani citizens living abroad. Based in New York, OPGF extends its operations across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Canada, and the Asia-Pacific region. Our mission is to amplify the voices of the Pakistani diaspora, ensuring their rights are protected and their contributions recognized globally.
Objectives of OPGF Inc
- Promote Awareness:Raise awareness about the rights of overseas Pakistanis and ensure they are informed and empowered.
- Advocacy:Actively advocate on behalf of overseas Pakistanis with relevant state authorities and stakeholders to address their concerns and protect their rights.
- Strengthen Networking:Build and strengthen networking forums and platforms for overseas Pakistanis, fostering a global community of support and collaboration.
- Empower Youth and Women:Strategize and implement initiatives that enhance knowledge and empower youth and women within the overseas Pakistani community through social connections and educational opportunities.

Successful Interventions
OPGF has made significant strides in advocating for the rights of overseas Pakistanis. One of our notable interventions involved assisting Mr. Bukhari in the prompt detention of Saudi prisoners, highlighting our commitment to swift and effective action. Over the past 12 months, we have provided legal assistance to 167 cases, including civil and family matters, ensuring that our community receives the support they need in times of legal difficulty.
